Any users or servers caught using Helluva Bot 2.0 to break TOS will be banned from using Helluva Bot 2.0.

Any users caught using Helluva Bot 2.0 for malicious intent against another user or server will be banned from using Helluva Bot 2.0

Any users caught uploading images that break Discord's TOS will be banned.

Any users caught uploading images of art depicting minors (characters below age of 18 ) and inserted in the adult games including the simps, ships, kdm, waifu, smash pass, or favorites (with carnal title) will be banned from using Helluva Bot 2.0.

Any users caught uploading images of art depicting minors (characters below age of 18 ) in any NSFW poses or context will be banned from using Helluva Bot 2.0.

Any users caught commiting any exploits or attempted cyber-attacks effecting the performance on Helluva Bot 2.0 will be banned.

If any of the developers feel that a server or user has broken the spirit of these rules. The Helluva Bot 2.0 owner can ban those servers or users from using Helluva Bot 2.0.

Data Use

By inviting Helluva Bot 2.0 into your server you have given permission for your users, members, and server information to be stored in Helluva Bot 2.0's database. By using Helluva Bot 2.0 you agree that future updates may modify your game data at anytime.

Helluva Bot 2.0 allows users to insert their own characters into the game. Data relating to those characters and their series belong to their creators. The database storing the characters themselves however belongs to the owner of Helluva Bot 2.0.

Users can ask their data to be deleted from the database. This can be done by joining our support server and contacting user with the ID 673992089733955646 they will will respond to this request as soon as possible.

Users data can also be deleted by leaving the server the Helluva Bot 2.0 is located in or kicking the Helluva Bot 2.0 from the server.

Users present in a server with Helluva Bot 2.0 will not have their data collected by default unless they interect with bot or another user interacts with you using Helluva Bot 2.0.
